Process

How new construction plumbing works

01

Blueprint review

We review plans with you and your contractor. We align on layout, fixture locations, and code requirements.

02

Rough-in

We install water supply lines, drain/waste/vent (DWV) systems, and stub-outs for fixtures per code.

03

Inspection

We coordinate rough-in inspection with the building department. We fix any issues before close-up.

04

Finish plumbing

After drywall and finishes, we install fixtures, connect appliances, and complete trim-out.

05

Final walkthrough

We test all systems, confirm no leaks, and walk you through operation. We work with your contractor on punch items.
